- Usage is calculated by the minute. A 15-minute interview uses 15 minutes from your plan, nothing more. You're never charged for time you didn't use.
- What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
- You won't be able to start new meetings, but you'll keep full access to all your past meetings and transcripts. To unlock new meetings right away, you can purchase an Add-On Pack from your account at any time.
- What languages does Sonnit support?
- Sonnit supports 60+ languages and is built to handle mixed-language conversations, including when speakers switch between languages mid-sentence. Arabic-English are supported, and the same capability applies across many other language combinations.
- How does the Sonnit Bot join my meetings?
- Sonnit Bot joins as a regular attendee on Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams. It transcribes the conversation in real time and delivers a structured summary once the meeting ends.
- Can I upgrade my plan?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you're already on a paid plan and upgrading to a higher tier, you only pay the difference.
- Can I downgrade my plan?
- Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep full access to everything you're paying for today until the period is up.
- Is annual billing available?
