You agree not to use Sonnit for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on third-party rights, or to circumvent technical measures. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonnit's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid to Sonnit in the 12 months preceding the claim.
